Techmatiks started making wire harness from 2018. Additional facility was added to make wire harness for sensor cables, automotive, box build etc.. Automatic wire cutting & stripping machine and toggle press was added to the manufacturing facility in Hosur. To maintain the quality of wire harness, an automatic wire harness tester was developed in house with capacity of 196 pins. Test setup can find shorts and open along with inbuilt resistance.

Facility can make wire harness for automotives, wind power, automation industries, R&D centers, oil and gas, etc. Facility shall also make box build assembly under one roof.

Hand tools are available for crimping all the wire harness terminations upto 100mm2 of wire.
