To increase the volume of production, a dedicated manufacturing facility was started in 2017 and is located in Hosur. This facility was initially started with manual digital soldering stations, smd rework station, wave soldering machine, Reflow oven, automated wire cutting and stripping machine, toggle press for wire crimping, drilling machine etc. This facility was envisaged to be a state of art production center with ESD flooring and work station tables. This facility can handle low to medium PCB production volume.

Quality product shall be developed only when design and production center is there in single enterprise. This is the unwritten motto behind any successful company.

Quality product can not be developed without separate inspection facility. Production center was developed with separate department with visual inspection systems and in-house developed test jigs for each product.
